COLLAGE
This collage flows from left to right presenting elements that shift from “Bell” to “Bird”. Although the piece narratively is read from left to right, the composition is meant to have a viewer's eye move across in many different directions. There is a consistent use of line, and shape through the backdrop and building. This collage uses shape and texture just as effectively as it uses direct images. All materials used were scans of physical material gathered for the collage.
