is a world of dew,
and yet,
and yet”
This haiku utilizes vague language that gives a sense of haze, confusion, and perseverance. I encapsulated this with an overwhelming hazy animation overlayed with different clips of contemporary media. When I think of a “world of dew” I think of all the distractions and content we are constantly bombarded with. Sometimes it can be hard to cut through the noise. This animation makes it hard to cut through the noise and read the haiku. Even if a viewer cannot comprehend the text, the overwhelming, noisy, dew, chaotic nature is the central emotion that rises.
